GANGSAW & MULTI-WIRE SAW SUITABILITY
This block has been assessed as fully compatible with modern marble gangsaw and diamond multi-wire saw processing equipment. Block dimensions of L-270 cm × B-160 cm × H-140 cm fall within the standard processing range for high-efficiency slabbing. Cloud Rose Marble’s well-balanced vein distribution, consistent physical hardness, and absence of harsh directional stress lines allow for smooth, low-vibration cutting, minimizing slab breakage and optimizing net usable surface area.
- Recommended Processing: Gangsaw slabs (1.8 cm & 2 cm), followed by net-backing, resin treatment, calibration, and mirror-polishing or soft-honing
- Expected Slab Yield: Approximately 72–82 slabs per block (based on 1.8 cm slab thickness)
- Finish/Polish Result: Luminous, high-gloss finish that enhances the delicate depth of the rose-pink backdrop and illuminates its cloudy white veining
